OpenWGA 7.0 - Updating to OpenWGA 7.0

A major feature for updaters from version 6.0 is the refactored portlet handling, using transient portlets and a multi-window-capable state management.

As this is not in effect for existing applications - these will still use the traditional persistent portlet registry - it will be used automatically for new applications when their design compliance is set to 6.2 or higher.
