Authorisation » Application level authorisationsAccess levels
Access levels are "packages" of access rights predefined by OpenWGA for common user types. They are ordered in ascending rights order where every higher level contains the rights of the previous level plus some more that are specific for the current level.
The following access levels are defined:Access level | Value | Added Authorisation | User type |

NOACCESS | 0 | The user has no access to the application and its resources. | |
READER | 10 | The user may read the applications resources but not modify any data. | Data consumer, like simple website visitor |

Normal, independently working data contributor |
CHIEF EDITOR | 40 |

Leading data contributor with full functional competence for the website |

The "edit" authorisation also contains the right to create the related document, unless other stated
Edit and deletion rights can additionally be restricted by more granular authorisation settings, for example for specific areas, content types, languages or a special page hierarchy branch
