Purpose:
Determines the action to run when the event occurs
Description:
The action of the given ID will be executed when the portlet is reloaded because of the occurence of the subscribed event. Like all actions called by action links it will be executed prior to re-rendering the portlet at the beginning of the request (unlike a script that is contained in this tags content).
