Purpose:
Defines the text encoding of a URL resource if type="url"
Description:
This attribute can be used to define a explicit text encoding for the URL addressed text resource. Normality the server of the resource defines the encoding. Is the specification wrong or is missing now you are able to define a specific encoding to read the resource.
Value(s):
Name of the text encoding e.g. "UTF-8", "ISO-8859-1", "cp1252"
