*Description*	The subobject "Utils" provides direct access to the WGAPI utility object WGUtils. The WGUtils object is a Java object offering diverse utility methods for various purposes. Most frequently used are: string manipulation methods like serializeCollection(), deserializeCollection(), reduce() or strReplace() date manipulation methods like dateOnly() or timeOnly()
