OpenWGA 7.1 - Updating to OpenWGA 7.1

A key feature of OpenWGA 7.1 is its ability to index file attachments separately from the contents they are attached to and therefor also find matches specifically for attachments in lucene fulltext index. This however is generally restricted to the OpenWGA Enterprise Edition.

For this to work you should:

• Ensure that you enable OpenWGA to index the types of file attachments you want it to (see Lucene fulltext index for your options)
• If you are able to index file attachments then rebuild the whole lucene index by clicking the button "Rebuild lucene index" in admin client on menu "Runtime > Status". Be aware that this will discard the whole index and fulltext-based functionalities on your web apps may not work as expected until the index is rebuilt. Also note that rebuilding the index may be a very time-consuming task, depending on the amount of data to index, that may take hours or even days. So if you are using a cluster it might be a good idea to do this on nodes you disable from the cluster, so they can rebuild themselves without influencing your service.
